Malagousia from high-altitude vineyards in Kastraki, Nemea, combining concentration and freshness. Direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation ensure aromatic purity. Aged 12 months in stainless steel and in bottle. Light sulphur addition. Bright golden colour, medium body with creamy texture. Aromas of apple, pear, mango and subtle vanilla notes.
