Assyrtiko from the plains of Leontio, crafted to highlight freshness. Direct pressing after crushing and temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve aromatic intensity. Aged 12 months in stainless steel and in bottle. Light sulphur addition. Bright green-gold colour, medium to full body, vibrant texture and high acidity. Notes of lemon and pepper, with subtle malolactic hints of hazelnut and smoke.
