Nancy

Chardonnay from high-altitude vineyards in Kastraki, Nemea, with concentrated fruit. Direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation preserve aromatic clarity. Aged 12 months in stainless steel and in bottle. Light sulphur addition. Clear medium yellow colour, medium body with firm texture. Aromas of apple, pear, banana and chamomile, with creamy undertones.
