Chardonnay from high-altitude vineyards in Kastraki, Nemea, withconcentrated fruit. Direct pressing and temperature-controlledfermentation preserve aromatic clarity. Aged 12 months in stainlesssteel and in bottle. Light sulphur addition.Clear medium yellow colour, medium body with firm texture. Aromasof apple, pear, banana and chamomile, with creamy undertones.
