The Burning Man

Chardonnay from Kastraki, Nemea, crafted with skin contact (5-day maceration). Aged for 3 years in stainless steel and in bottle. Light sulphur addition. Clear amber-orange colour, medium to full body with structured texture. Aromas of chamomile, geranium, quince and peach, with biscuit and brioche notes from malolactic fermentation.
